Roy has lived in Twyford for 47 years and is now retired from his job as Production Director for a book publisher.
He is involved with many village organisations for example including as council member of the Loddon
Hall and a Trustee of the Snooker club.
He also served for 42 years as a Twyford Parish councillor and as a Trustee of the Almshouses.
He would like the Wokingham Borough Council to expand the bus service to provide evening and Sunday services.
The waiting list for housing in the Wokingham borough now stands at 2592 (as of 2022). The last council housing in Twyford was built before 1998 and Roy would like Wokingham Borough Council to build more houses for social rent in Twyford.
